Janet graduated in 1989 from Hyde Park Career Academy High School where the mascot was an Indian. She resides in Chicago, IL and her nickname is JAN. She is currently Vice President of Hyde Park High School Alumni Association (HPHSAA) for the last 2 years and also a HPHSAA Lifetime Member.
